It trains supply-chain managers, pharmacists, and operations directors in algorithmic demand forecasting, just-in-time inventory management, and centralized procurement tactics, and equips them to navigate NUPCO tendering by aligning local requirements with AR-DRG reimbursement constraints. Participants learn to model demand, mitigate stock-out risk across hospital networks, and structure procurement to drive down unit acquisition costs through synchronized purchasing.
