This program trains supply-chain and portfolio professionals to monitor this list systematically using digital scraping and analysis tools, transforming a reactive posture into proactive portfolio strategy. Participants learn to map their own portfolios against the list, identify shortage signals early, and quantify the commercial opportunity hidden in critical, low-competition segments. A core focus is the suite of regulatory and commercial incentives offered jointly by the SFDA and NUPCO to organizations capable of resolving shortages, including expedited authorization, preferential procurement treatment, and protected market positions.
